Job Description Gembrook OSHClub is seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead a unique service that supports both early childhood and school-aged development. This role offers the opportunity to run a dedicated Kinder program each afternoon and on Wednesday mornings, supporting younger children in their transition to school while continuing to engage older students in meaningful programming About the service: The Gembrook community is welcoming, collaborative, and tight-knit. About the role This permanent, part-time role offers 35 hours per week, including 5 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
